 What is a blog post? A blog post is a single piece of material that is published on a blog, which is an online publishing platform for written content and is short for the now-archaic term weblog. Both are made up of blog posts, which are single-topic pieces of information that may (but are not have to!) also include photographs and videos in addition to the written text.
